Emirates expands partnership with Expedia Group

Emirates and Expedia Group have expanded their long-standing partnership via the airline’s full integration of its New Distribution Capability (NDC) API with Expedia Group’s manufacturers, establishing a direct connection that delivers Emirates’ full portfolio of fare services and products to Expedia Group’s world buyer base.

This newest enhancement will empower thousands and thousands of travellers to unlock a wider vary of choices and profit from streamlined reserving capabilities on Expedia Group’s manufacturers when planning their journeys to any level on the airline’s world community.

The full integration will allow Expedia Group to supply Emirates’ NDC fares, merchandise and ancillary companies together with further baggage and seat choice, alongside with different improved options and adaptability of their reserving journeys.

In addition to buyer personalisation, Emirates and Expedia Group will discover deeper collaboration on loyalty programmes to reinforce journey rewards for each firms’ clients. They will leverage market information insights to drive enterprise progress and inform joint advertising initiatives.

The partnership may also deal with creating end-to-end reserving experiences by leveraging Expedia Group’s intensive world resort stock for full bundle options. The tailored air and resort packages will permit travellers to enhance their Emirates flights with stays at hundreds of inns out there on Expedia Group’s manufacturers. The work underway will allow the airline to attach with and seize the eye of travellers from around the globe.
